I’m Jamie, your teammate in putting your wellness first in order to live life well. I come to you as a feeler, a mover and as someone who truly believes that breath, movement and mindfulness can generate world peace one human at a time. I am here because I crave more community outside of the in-person movement sessions that I teach. I feel called to reach more people with the wellness wisdom I have to offer but I can only teach a finite number of in person lesson per week. This feels like a really good place to start branching out so that I can help more of you put your wellness first.
