In Studio Private Pilates
For clients new to Pilates, recovering from or navigating an injury or looking to strengthen their skills to advance to higher levels-in person lessons are for you! Private and duet options available. Through the use of the spring loaded Pilates apparatus we will work one on one towards your specific goals!
Virtual Private Pilates
Are you looking for a new movement regimen in the comfort of your own home? Virtual lessons are for you! Private and duet options available via ZOOM or FaceTime. Lessons will be tailored to your goals and will work to utilize any props or space you have available.
Group Pilates Classes
All levels of Pilates practitioners welcome, however, at least 1 private lesson is required before joining classes. This is so we can connect, talk about your movement history and goals so that being in a group setting feels more meaningful to you.

In Studio Private Strength Training
For clients new to functional movement, recovering from or navigating an injury. We will work to make strength training pain free through tailored circuits that utilize free weights, resistance bands, your own body weight and the Pilates equipment. Please bring studio sneakers that haven’t been worn outside.
Virtual Private Strength Training
Strength Training in the convenience of your own home! You will need varying free weights or kettlebells. Also recommended: resistance bands, fitball, a box or yoga blocks. ZOOM or FaceTime. Lessons will be tailored to your goals and will work to utilize any props or space you have available.
