How?
I specialize in teaching the classical Pilates lineage of Joseph Pilates. I am also a certified personal trainer through NASM and a level 1 SOMA Breath instructor. Through private, duet and group class instruction I incorporate my knowledge of body mechanics, mindful breathing and connecting from within in order to guide clients towards success.
I am capable of teaching both in person and remotely via ZOOM or FaceTime. I strive to support all body types including first time Pilates goers, athletes, folks recovering from injury or surgery, aging bodies, folks suffering from back or joint pain and pre/post-natal women to name a few. I work hard to create a safe space for you to learn and connect with your moving, breathing body and will facilitate goal setting to guide and support you.
My clients leave their lessons with more knowledge about their bodies and more power to create healthful lifestyle shifts. They look taller and more confident. They have better energy and are smiling from the inside out.
